Refunds and Cancellations:

Only the first night’s rent is required to make a reservation. However, Reservations can not be cancelled. NO REFUNDS of deposits. Should you need to change your dates or cancel, you can reschedule your reservation any time with no penalty as long as you notify Piney Point Fishing Resort at least 30 days in advance of your stay. Your deposit will roll to the new dates. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless we are able to replace the reservation with another booking. Cancellation within 5 days of the reservation or NO-Shows will be billed for the entire scheduled stay unless we are able to replace the entire reservation. |
